Q. How much does one quart of mixed 4# pour foam fill?
Our 4# pour foam ½ gallon kit will fill about a 1 cubic foot at 72F.
Q. How do I carve 4# foam?
Once the foam is fully cured (24 hours after pouring it); use a sharp knife to carve it.
Q. Do I have to wear any safety gear when using pour foam?
Yes! You must always wear a respirator or self-contained breathing apparatus when working with pour foam! A paper painter’s mask won’t cut it.
Q. What do I do if my blind or decoy form/mold is cold?
If the form/mold is cold to the touch; heat it to 72F before pouring the foam into it.
