AeroMarine Products 8# density pour foam is great for making exterior and landscaping products like rocks, fence post supports, outdoor speaker covers and garden statutes. It can be sanded into any shape once it is fully cured. You can either color the liquid foam with urethane colorants or paint the fully cured foam with a paint made for plastic like Krylon Fusion.
Q. How much does one quart of mixed 8# pour foam fill?
Our 8# pour foam ½ gallon kit will fill about a 1/2 cubic foot at 72F.
Q. How long does it take for pour foam to fully cure?
The pour foam will be fully cured within 24 hours after it is mixed and poured.
Q. What grit sandpaper should I use when sanding the cured pour foam?
Use at least 120 grit or higher sandpaper.
