We are not open for will-call.  Please call us or place an order through our website.

Payment Methods: 

AeroMarine Products accepts the following forms of payment only: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, wire transfers or money orders.  Personal checks, foreign currency, credit cards or debit cards issued by foreign banks are NOT accepted. Email sales@polytek.com if you have any questions.

Warranty:

AeroMarine Products (hereinafter “Seller”) makes NO express warranties. Implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 30 days from the date on Seller’s invoice.  User is fully and solely responsible for determining whether Seller’s product is fit for user’s particular use and suitable for user’s particular method of application.  Many factors can affect the use and performance of Seller’s product.  Given the variety of factors that can affect use and performance of Seller’s product, some of which are uniquely within user’s knowledge and control, user must evaluate Seller’s product in order to determine whether it is fit for user’s particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.

Seller shall not be liable  for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including but not limited to contract, negligence, warranty or strict liability.

International Sales:

For orders shipping to Canada, Mexico and all other countries: You must contact us by phone (toll-free 1-800-858-5990) before placing an order.  No refunds on any international orders.

Distribution:

We have one distribution location; Easton, PA.  We do not use any distributors in selling our products.  Any individual or entity claiming to be a distributor for AeroMarine Products is engaging in fraud.  Do not purchase from them.
